Return Policy
We want your experience with us to be easy and hassle-free. At Lawton911.com℠ we take pride in our quality products and services and we value our relationship with you. If, for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with a purchase, you may return items within 30 days of receipt for full refund by following this return policy.
If you received an incorrect item or items are received damaged, item must be returned within seven business days of receiving the item to get a full refund for product and shipping charges. Items may be returned for any other reason within 30 days of receiving, under following terms and conditions:
- Shipping and handling charges are not refundable unless incorrect item received or damaged merchandise is received. The customer is responsible for all shipping charges and insurance on all return shipments.
- You must use a traceable shipping method for all returned items.
- You must call or e-mail for a return authorization code prior to shipping any merchandise back to us, 321-327-2921, support@lawton911.com
- A copy of your original receipt must accompany all returns.
- When you return an item, please indicate the reason for the return on your receipt.
- You will be issued a refund for the price paid for the item.
- If you paid for your order by credit card, a credit will be issued and will appear on your billing statement.
- If you paid via paypal, a paypal refund will be issued.
- If you paid by money order, or check, a check will be mailed to you.
- Any deviation from the return policy outlined above will result in a delay of your refund, additional restocking fees or refusal of your return.
